Period:We have a hassle-free exchange and refund policy period of 7 days staring from the date the product is delivered to you. If have received the product and are not happy with the size, fitting, colour or quality of our product, you have the option to either exchange or return the product.
Eligibility:Please note that to be eligible for exchange or return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. The product must also be in the original packagingwith tags intact.Once your return is received and inspected, we will intimate you if the returned product is eligible for exchange/refund or not. If the exchange or refund is not approved, we will share the reason for the same.
Reverse Shipment:The product will be picked up by our courier partner within 1-2 days of raising exchange or return request by you. Please note that the courier can refuse the pick up if the original tags attached to the product are not intact OR where it’s obvious that the item has been used, washed, or soiled.

Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for eligibility conditions and you will be intimated within 24 hours of receipt of product by us.
Refund Time:Within 7 days of approval of refund after inspection of product for eligibility conditions.
Exchange Period: within 7 days of receiving the product and approval of exchange after inspection of product for eligibility conditions.
Mode of Return Payment:For Prepaid orders, the entire amount will be refunded to your original payment mode. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising the request.
